Ever wondered how hops are grown? We recently visited Hallowed Hops Farm in Lewistown, Illinois to get an inside look at their operation and harvesting methods. Their hops are now being used at Engrained in several of our beers, taking our farm to table philosophy to a whole new level!

We were honored to be a part of the Illinois Stewardship Alliance 10th Annual Harvest Celebration this past Sunday. Our craft brews and Danenberger Family Vineyards wines were a huge hit, along with our Raspberry Whiskey Sour and Apple Cider Margarita specialty cocktails made with local produce.
